We all have moments in our lives where we encounter challenges and patterns that aren't serving us, or old triggers that we're ready to let go of. I’m here to support you through that intense process of confronting the difficult shit in the shadows. As we ground together, we create a safe container for your physical and emotional self. This allows you to become vulnerable, silencing your ego’s emotional defense mechanisms so you can see and understand yourself. This intense healing journey will allow you to release old beliefs, narratives, and energies that no longer serve you. What to Expect You bring your intention for healing an issue, pain point, or blocker, and I offer my compassion, empathy, and intuition to guide you through the following process: ✨ Connecting with nature on a walk (weather permitting) ✨ Grounding ✨ Guided meditation ✨ A guided journey of self reflection for a deeper understanding of yourself ✨ A release of old beliefs and narratives from past experiences ✨ Support with identifying your own shifts and solutions as you integrate Reiki will be infused throughout the session and a meal will be provided to re-nourish us. We begin our journey by scheduling our 90 minute call, which will cover: Your intention for our sessions Setting the container, boundaries, and expectations for our 8 hour day together.
